Geoffrey is a pioneer in realizing breakthrough creative content and inventing new user experiences. I had the opportunity to observe this first hand in his capacity as Senior Vice President/Senior Creative Director at Edelman. In this role, Geoffrey was hired to lead and up-level the Edelman’s integrated creative discipline. New to the firm at the time. I worked side-by-side with Geoffrey in what began as a pilot program (The Guild) in my role of Executive Director/Client Strategy. Our joint mission was to deliver the future state of marketing to our teams and, more importantly, our clients. Geoffrey led all creative operations and execution in this endeavor. As a result, the firm saw a year-over-year increase in revenue of 60% among those businesses targeted by The Guild. So, it should come as no surprise that this model has now been adopted firm-wide. Richard Edelman calls this Communications Marketing.
